Open the Keywords tab
Go to SEO, Rankings and checks, Keywords.
Type a topic
Type a topic or phrase, or leave it empty for the phrases your whole site is already relevant for. Press Find phrases.
Pick the ones within reach
Phrases are grouped as Within reach, Takes work and Very hard, with searches a month and what advertisers pay per click.
Use one
Use as focus phrase sets it on a page; Track its ranking adds it to the Rankings tab.
