Open Features
Go to SEO, Settings, Features. Every part of the plugin is listed with what it does. Use Find a feature to search.
Switch a part off
Switch off what you do not use. A part that others need tells you which ones stop with it.
Switch on an extra
Some parts are off until you want them, such as Dublin Core tags for library and archive sites.
